I moved and renamed my game file to the new directory.
Only about 4k files to download and it's past 50% already.
Plus any updated files will be ready when the fixes/upgrading comes live.
EDIT: DARN!! Seems the two are not compatible. now i have to re-install the real game too! Good thing I saved the dat file a while back on DVD.

I'm extremely interested in the new 1v1 Hero Battles competitions going to be happening, so I sent in my application.
Just for clarification on confidentially, the information sent will only be viewed by the ArenaNet Developer Team, correct?

Yes, only the Dev Team will see it.
After talking to Izzy in-game it also seems like Gaile is the only one who deals with the apps so theres a good chance shes the only one at ANet will see your info.

There's still the fireworks effect
I thought it was kind of fun, though the wait was a long time. I immediately hit #5 in my first match (was #6 myself), and lost 19-18. Then I sadly had to leave.

Possibly, the wierdest title ever.

My first match against Beta Test FTW(Who i think is a member here)(Ended in a sorta...Draw)

As you can see, i was the unlucky recipitent of a can of GM Whoop-Ass from Andrew Patrick, who absolutly kicked my ass from all directions.

The legendary Rank 15, ofcourse it had to be a GM, the Emote is the that firey bird thing, quite cool, also there's 2 GM Rangers, we all got Served by em.

This Photo shows the Vanquishing Gladiator title, and the fact that i was against C O B A L T, who Also kicked my ass.

If I wasn't working and had lot of time, I would love to become an ATS tester for GW!
Sounds alot of fun from looking at the screenshots and all the descriptions!

I was one of the lucky chosen, and I had a blast! Orbknight's screenshots showed the excitement. Every tester I ran into had positive comments, without regards to who won the matches. ArenaNet's Andrew was great at greeting and orientating us, like explaining how to unlock every skill and item in the game.
As for the Hero Battles, they are solid. The only trouble I ran into was my ZBoard was not working properly, which was easily fixed by swapping out keyboards, and sending a quick bug report to ArenaNet.
Thank You ArenaNet for giving us this opportunity!

BTW, the 'firey bird thing' is actually the rank 12 emote, a phoenix.

It was great. I got to fight Java in HvH, he/she isn't very... friendly.... Sadly the second to last AT I entered ended up not even starting (timer got to 00:00 and just disappeared, not even a forced forfeit )Anyway, I had fun and wouldn't mind doing it again

The coolest part of this (I didnt test) is all the leaked info from it because of the lack of a Nondisclosure agreement.

The latest I hear from the Design Team is that all those involved in ATS Testing last week are invited back for testing Wednesday through Friday this week. That's April 18 - 20, and the test will run from Noon to 3:00 PM Pacific or 7:00 to 10:00 (19:00 to 22:00) GMT. For time conversions for your area, I use TimeandDate.Com's Converter.
We hope to have a goodly number of testers on board this week, and look forward to seeing you there!
